李翔宁，同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授、副院长，入选国际建筑评论委员会委员，曾担任许多展览的策展人。他是《建筑中国》的主编和建筑中国基金会的主席。此外，他还是许多国际奖项和竞赛的评审团成员。

《建筑中国》是一本期刊，专注于具有区域特色的前沿建筑设计，传播当代中国建筑的作品，加深对中国建筑传统和潮流的欣赏。本期“建筑师的工作室”通过丰富的照片深入介绍了国内14家有名的建筑事务所，包括在非常建筑、标准营造、MAD事务所、大舍建筑设计事务所、直向建筑、如恩设计研究室、张雷联合建筑事务所、创盟国际、致正建筑工作室、众建筑、原作设计工作室和直造建筑事务所等。封面取自普利兹克建筑奖获得者王澍的工作室。
